Availability
All products are subject to the availability thereof and we give no guarantee in this regard.
We reserve the right to remove or cease the supply of any product and we will not be liable to the customer for such removal.
Guarantee
We have an implied guarantee that all our products are of a satisfactory quality.
Return and Exchange Policies
We will provide a refund within a period of 10 (TEN) days of the original invoice date.
Returns will only be accepted on items that are in the original condition and have not been used or altered within 10 (TEN) days of purchase.
We DO NOT accept returns on used items or items that do not have the original invoice attached to them.
We have the right to inspect all refund or exchanged items and maintain the right to deny or refuse a full refund or exchange.
A copy of the original invoice is required for any exchange or refund.
Defective Merchandise
All our products and items are fully inspected and sent out in pristine condition. However if the customer has received a defective item they maintain the right to notify as within 10 days (TEN) after purchase thereof for a refund or exchange.
Liability
We shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of any of our products
Trademark
The images, logos and names in regard with the boutique or any third parties and their product are the proprietary marks of our company or the relevant third parties.
